The rain didn’t stop us getting a Star Swamp family photography session this winter. Who would have thought there was quite a downpour only 30 minutes earlier. But thankfully not a drop fell the entire hour we spent together. Cloud cover actually acts like a huge soft box, blocking hr suns harsh rays. Instead you get soft light falling on your features which is the mist flattering lighting of all.
You may also be surprised to find out that these kiddie didn’t make it easy for em to take their photos. Little miss 4 decided I was hilarious and the best way to communicate with me was by poking out her tongue … all the time! Meanwhile Mr 2 just wanted to explore all of the bushes and scenery. What fun it is going to a new place.
But all it takes is a bit of patience, fart jokes and a very fast camera shit speed and you can capture a whole lot of fun in between the chaos. So never worry that your kids won’t be well behaves in a session. Having 4 kids of my own I have plenty of tricks up my sleeve.
