PRE-SESSION COMMUNICATION
All emails and calls involved in planning the session. A pre session questionnaire so that I get to know your brand that little bit better. Guidance with your shot list creation. I will be here to answer any other questions that may come up along the way.
PHOTOSHOOT
This is the fun part! I know you'll be wondering if I can get the right images for your brand. You can feel safe in my hands - you will have my creative guidance throughout your entire photo shoot. During the planning stage, we'll have already decided on the images you need.
PRIVATE ONLINE GALLERY
An online gallery for viewing the edited images from your session.
JPEG DIGITAL FILES
All selected images go through a final edit and can be provided in both colour and black and white (if needed), as high resolution jpeg files and web ready jpeg files.

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION AND HOW FAR IN ADVANCE?
It's never too early to book, I have a busy schedule with four children and a husband that works FIFO, so it's always best to get in early to avoid disappointment.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
Your booking fee is due via bank transfer. Please note that this is non-refundable but is transferable to a later date should something come up. The remainder is due 2 days prior to your session either by transfer or cash.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
This is dependant on the style of branding imagery as well as the time we spend together. The quote will include the amount of images included. And there is always the chance to upgrade if you would love more.

DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FILES?
No, my edits are my art. Additionally, it takes special software to open and process RAW images, which most people don't have access to at home.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
After your shoot, you will receive your proofing gallery in 2 weeks time. You will then be able to download your fully edited files within 1 week.

WHICH LOCATIONS DO YOU USE?
Either my Carine studio or on location.

DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, travel within a half hour of Carine is included. Any travel outside this will incur a small fee.
