Scarborough Lifestyle Newborn Photographer

Oh how I love being welcomed into somebody’s Scarborough home as a lifestyle newborn photographer. Especially when it is to meet the most important thing in the world. A newborn baby!

This sweet little man (and I do think he has a wise old look) was just over a week old when we met. I wasn’t too concerned with getting him to sleep. His parents were interested in natural photos with their little boy. We started the lifestyle photographs of the newborn on his own in the living room. It was the room in the house with the most natural light.

He did want to feed a lot and have mummy hugs so we soon opened up all the blinds and got some pictures of the whole family. I love the snuggles we captured. This definitely helped little bub drift off to sleep. The pefect opportunity to get some face and detail shots while he was resting still and peacefully.

I would have been happy to snap away all day. The hours fly by when we are all entranced by a fresh baby though so I had to leave them eventually. I definitely look forward to more Scarborough lifestyle newborn photography sessions!
