Perth Fundraiser Photography sessions are designed to be simple and enjoyable for families. At the same time, they help community groups to raise valuable funds for their community.
To begin, families submit an expression of interest through my online booking system. This allows me to gauge numbers and schedule enough session times to comfortably accommodate everyone. The Perth photography for fundraisers approach ensures every family is supported. Once the times are confirmed, I will open the final booking schedule to the families who registered interest. Then they can select their preferred time slot.
A booking fee is required to secure the session, and this fee goes directly to the fundraising committee. The booking fee also includes one digital image of your choice from the gallery.
I handle all the organisation to make the process easy for the fundraising group. This includes managing email communication with participating families. Additionally, I prepare posters for advertising to share and print. I also send a detailed session guide with helpful information about what to expect and how to prepare.
After the session, families will receive a private online gallery where they can view their images and select their included digital file. Additional images and collections will also be available to purchase for those who wish to add more photographs from their session. The fundraiser process requires a minimum purchase of one digital image from each family to the photographer.
